Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
How To Make amber's pumpkin bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. Spray an 11X17 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Beat eggs and oil. Gradually add sugar and pumpkin. Beat well.

Step 3Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, and cinnamon thoroughly.

Step 4Gradually add dry mix into pumpkin mixture.

Step 5Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.

Step 6While cake is baking, mix together cream cheese, mild, butter, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bars.
