Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10-1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup sour cream
- TOPPING:
- 1 bag 6 (ounce) mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.

Step 2Pour half of batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle 3/4 of TOPPING over Batter. Pour in rest of batter. Sprinkle remaining topping over batter.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes.
