Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make amazing corn cake

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350* Use a 9X13 greased cake pan. Bake 30-35 mins OR until done.

Step 2In Bowl, combine corn and the sugars. (both white brown)

Step 3Add the eggs 1 at a time and the oil, Beat well until blended.

Step 4Now add all the dry ingredients & Add to the batter and mix well.

Step 5Stir in raisins and nuts. Stir into batter. Mix well. Now add to mixture to the greased cake pan.

Step 6I use cream cheese frosting. You can buy it at the store or make recipe below.

Step 7CREAM CHEESE FROSTING In a bowl combine the cream cheese butter & vanilla

Step 8Beat at low speed until light.

Step 9add powdered sugar, beating until fluffy. (if necessary add tiny amounts of milk to make it spreading consistency.
