amazing butter cream frosting
This is so creamy and not to sweet frosting...It can be used for fillings, making roses or anything on a cake or cupcakes...My mom loves it she will eat it right from the bowl...It makes alot so you could cut the recipe in 1/2 if you wanted

- 2 cups butter
- 8 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons clear imitation vanilla extract
- 6 ounces heavy cream

Step 1Cream butter until fluffy. Add confectioner's sugar and continue creaming until well blended

Step 2Add vanilla, and whipping cream blend on low speed until moistened. Add additional whipping cream if necessary (up to 2 ounces). Beat at high speed until frosting is fluffy.
