Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup butter, room temperature or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 cups mashed overripe bananas
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make amazing banana nut bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees grease 2 9x5 loaf pans, muffin pans or cake pan. I like the muffins so there easy to take on the go. Sift flour, salt & baking soda. Set to the side. In a large bowl mix butter or margarine & sugar until smooth. Mix in banana's, eggs & walnuts until well blended. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients mix until well blended.

Step 2Fill 2 9x5 loaf pans bake for 55-65 minutes muffins 25-35 minutes cake pan 45-55 minutes I sprinkle a little brown sugar ontop before baking, this is optional. Insert knife, when it comes out clean it is done. Do not overcook it will get dry. Enjoy straight out of the oven or cool completely & wrap in plastic wrap to keep the moisture in. I like to wrap the muffins individually & send them to work with my husband :-)
