How to Make Amaretto Peach Cheesecake


  • 1BASE: Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; blend in egg.
  • 2Add flour; mix well.
  • 3Spread dough onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan; bake at 450, 10 minutes.
  • 4BODY: Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  • 5Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • 6Add peaches and liqueur; mix well.
  • 7Pour over crust; bake at 450, 10 minutes.
  • 8Reduce oven temperature to 250; continue baking 1 hour and 5 minutes.
  • 9Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  • 10Chill, then garnish with toasted almond slices and additional peach slices, if desired.
