Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box 3 1/2 oz. box instant pistachio pudding
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup amaretto
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 4 - eggs
- GLAZE:
- 1/4 cup amaretto
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
How To Make amaretto cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bundt pan

Step 2For cake: Place all cake ingredients except eggs in a large bowl, Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs one at a time until smooth. Pour into a bundt pan and bake for 35 minutes. Prepare glaze during last five minutes of baking.

Step 3For glaze: Place amaretto, orange juice, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Boil for 4 minutes over medium heat. Be sure not to scorch.

Step 4After removing cake from oven, prick holes in cake while it is still in the pan. Pour glasze over warm cake and let stand for at least 30 minutes (I know, it's hard but do it!) Invert cake on serving platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
