Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    butter (semi-softened)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla (or your favorite flavoring)
  • 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar

How to Make Almost Homemade Buttercream Frosting/Filling

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat marshmellow creme on low.
  2. Add butter (in 1-inch pieces) and beat until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla (or flavoring) and confectioner's sugar, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Continue to beat on medium-high until smooth and fluffy.
