Great for using as filling for cupcakes...and of course, frosting cakes.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 cups butter (semi-softened)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (or your favorite flavoring)
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

How To Make almost homemade buttercream frosting/filling

  • Step 1
    Beat marshmellow creme on low.
  • Step 2
    Add butter (in 1-inch pieces) and beat until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add the vanilla (or flavoring) and confectioner's sugar, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Continue to beat on medium-high until smooth and fluffy.
