This cake is so moist! This recipe will fill either 3 8-inch loaf pans or 2 larger loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan. Serve with Amaretto Glaze for some extra sweetness (see my recipes)

Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make almond bread/cake

  • Step 1
    Grease a loaf pan or a Bundt pan and dust with sugar.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs in sugar for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add all other ingredients and beat for 2 more minutes.
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
