This cake is so moist! This recipe will fill either 3 8-inch loaf pans or 2 larger loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan. Serve with Amaretto Glaze for some extra sweetness (see my recipes)

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make almond bread/cake

Step 1Grease a loaf pan or a Bundt pan and dust with sugar.

Step 2Beat eggs in sugar for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add all other ingredients and beat for 2 more minutes.

Step 4Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Step 5Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
