- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Heat oven to 350 Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl mix together sugar, flours, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.

Step 2Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Step 3Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
