Don't remember where I found this recipe. It is a moist and delicious cake. Hope you'll try and enjoy it.

Ingredients

1 box spice cake mix
1 package butterscotch instant pudding
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 - eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup canned coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
SAUCE
1 cup powdered sugar
- juice of 1 1/2 lemons

How To Make a good cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add oil, eggs, water and preserves. Beat well. Add raisins, coconut and pecans and mix until well blended. Pour into a well-greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. Leave in pan to cool.

Step 2

SAUCE 1 cup Powdered Sugar Juice of 1 1/2 Lemons Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. After cooling cake about 10 minutes, puch holes in top of cake with a fork. Pour sauce over cake, letting it soak in.
