  Spray your coffee mug with non stick spray. Dump in the cocoa mix, and the other ingredients, mix well with a fork;
• Step 2
  Place your mug in the microwave, and cook on high, no more then 3 minutes TOP! Mine only takes 2 minutes. It will puff up to the top of mug; but it won't cook over the top!
• Step 3
  Remove, cool; a few seconds(I know this will be hard for you at this point; but it is for your own safety..LOL. ) Grab a fork, and eat to relieve symptoms of chocolate craving shock... Enjoy!

  PS. If you want to take the time, a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the warm cake, has extra soothing, benefits, for quicker healing!!
