  • 3 c
  • 5 large
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    lemon extract
  • 1 tsp
    butter flavoring
  • 1 small
    bottle 7-up

How to Make 7-up Pound Cake


  1. Preheat oven 325*
  2. Cream well the oleo, shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating each time. Add alternately the flour, lemon extract, butter flavoring and 7-up.
  3. Bake 1 hour or longer until done
