Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1/2 cup shortening
3 cups sugar
5 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 small bottle 7-up

How To Make 7-up pound cake

Step 1

Preheat oven 325*

Step 2

Cream well the oleo, shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating each time. Add alternately the flour, lemon extract, butter flavoring and 7-up.
Step 3

Bake 1 hour or longer until done
