Ingredients
- 3 cups cake flour (sifted twice)
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 - large eggs
- 1 cup 7-up
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup butter crisco
How To Make 7-up pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Butter and flour bundt cake pan and sit aside. Cream together butter, crisco and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add extracts to the 7-up. Begin alternating flour and 7-up ,beginning and ending with flour. Pour into pan. Place in preheated oven for 1hr and 15mins. Remove from oven cool in pan for 5mins,Remove cake from pan to cooling rack.Cut when completely cooled. Best when served the next day so that the flavors will marry. Enjoy!
