Ingredients
- 3 sticks unsated butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 7-up
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pure lemon extract
How To Make 7-up pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven 325 degrees, spray a bundt pan with bakers joy or your favorite baking spray. Set aside.

Step 2In your mixing bowl, add the butter and sugar and mix until fluffy on medium about 2-3 minutes. Add egss one at a time mixing well after each. Add flour alternating with 7-up. add the lemon and vanilla flavorings.

Step 3Pour into the bundt. Hit on the counter to release all bubbles. Bake in your heated over for one hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn onto wire rake or into a serving plate and cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar or your favorite glaze.
