This is so delicious! I made it for all the men I worked with for their Birthday. They never wanted anything different.

Ingredients

1 package pineapple cakemix
1 small vanilla instant pudding
3/4 cup cooking oil
4 large eggs
10 ounces 7-up
- icing
2 cups sugar
1 large can pineapple crushed
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter

How To Make 7-up pineapple cake

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 in 2 9 inch round pans for 25 minutes or center springs back.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients for icing and cook over low fire untill thicken. Slightly cool and then stack layers only putting icing between layers and on the top. No icing on the sides.

Absolutely delicious!
