- 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 - large eggs
- 3 cups flour i use self rising
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 3/4 cup 7-up
How To Make 7-up cake

Step 1Crem sugar & butter,beat til fluffy. Add eggs one at a time,add flour and lemon extract and 7-up.Pour batter into a greased bundt pan, or tube pan. bake at 325 for 1 hr. or til tooth pick comes out clean. Leave plain or dust with powdered suger.
