Ingredients
- CAKE INGREDIENTS
- 1 box 1 (18 1/4 ounce) lemon supreme cake mix. can use yellow cake mix instead of lemon if desired.
- 1 box 1 (3 1/2 ounce) instant pineapple pudding . can use vanilla instant pudding instead of pineapple if desired.
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 10 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- ICING INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can 15 oz. crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 can angel flake coconut (optional)
- 2 - eggs
- CAKE DIRECTIONS
How To Make 7 up cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan.

Step 3Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl.

Step 4Add oil and eggs.

Step 5Beat about 2 minutes.

Step 6Add 7-Up and mix until well blended.

Step 7Pour into prepared pan.

Step 8Bake 35 to minutes or until done.

Step 9Icing directions. Prepare icing while cake is baking. Will take about 15 minutes.

Step 10Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick.
