7 up cake
This is an old time family favorite. My aunt gave me this recipe years ago. It will knock you off your feet because it is so moist. I hope you guys enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can 7 up soda
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 stick buttter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 - egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour or desired thickness
- 1 package flaked coconut
How To Make 7 up cake

Step 1Grease a 9 x 13 pan, and preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2Combine cake mix, pudding mix, slightly beaten eggs, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until batter is light and fluffy. Add 7-UP ™ , and beat in well. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or till done. While cake is baking, prepare the topping; it will take about 15 minutes to prepare.

Step 4In a medium non-aluminum saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Stir in 3 eggs yolks, butter or margarine, and pineapple. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in coconut. Spread topping over warm cake.
