Ingredients

  • 1 box sour cream cake mix
  • 1 box instant pineapple pudding mix
  • 1 - 10 ounces bottle of 7-up
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • FROSTING
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 - 8 ounces can of crushed pineapple
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded

How To Make 7-up cake

  • Step 1
    Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Top with frosting: Cook butter, pineapple eggs and sugar unit it thickens. Add coconut and frost warm cake.
