Ingredients

sour cream cake mix
1 box
instant pineapple pudding mix
1 - 10 oz
bottle of 7-up
3/4 c
oil
4
eggs, beaten

FROSTING

1/2 c
butter
1 - 8 oz
can of crushed pineapple
2
eggs, beaten
1 c
sugar
1 c
coconut, shredded

How to Make 7-UP CAKE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Top with frosting: Cook butter, pineapple eggs and sugar unit it thickens. Add coconut and frost warm cake.
