A friend shared this recipe with me through my e-mail. I thought it was such a great idea when you don't want to prepare a whole cake! This is said to be the most dangerous cake in the world, because now we are only 5 minutes away from a chocolate cake anytime, day or night!

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 - egg
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 1 large coffee mug
How To Make 5 minute mug cake

Step 1Add all dry ingredients to mug and mix well.

Step 2Pour in milk and oil and mix.

Step 3If using chocolate chips, add them now and mix.

Step 4Add vanilla extract, and again, mix well.

Step 5Cook in microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

Step 6Remove from microwave and allow to cool for short time.

Step 7Tip out onto a small plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
