A friend shared this recipe with me through my e-mail. I thought it was such a great idea when you don't want to prepare a whole cake! This is said to be the most dangerous cake in the world, because now we are only 5 minutes away from a chocolate cake anytime, day or night!

Ingredients For 5 minute mug cake

4 Tbspflour
-
1egg
-
4 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspmilk

3 Tbspoil

3 Tbspchocolate chips

1 dashvanilla extract

1 lgcoffee mug
How To Make 5 minute mug cake

1Add all dry ingredients to mug and mix well.

2Pour in milk and oil and mix.

3If using chocolate chips, add them now and mix.

4Add vanilla extract, and again, mix well.

5Cook in microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

6Remove from microwave and allow to cool for short time.

7Tip out onto a small plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
