Ingredients

1 - egg
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
- vanilla (small splash)
1 large coffee mug (microwave safe)

How To Make 5 minute coffee mug cake

Step 1

Add dry ingredients to mug. Mix well.

Step 2

Add egg. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3

Add milk and oil. Mix well.
Step 4

Cook in mug in microwave (1000 watts) for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Step 5

Allow to cool a little. Tip out onto a plate if desired.
