I got this recipe in an email. It was billed as the "Most dangerous cake recipe in the world" (I wasn't able to add the cooking time, because the shortest time in the chart is only 5 minutes; this cooks for 3 minutes. Of course, some microwaves vary in their cooking times, so you may need to adjust the time).

Ingredients

4 tablespoons flour (not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 - egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 - splash of vanilla

How To Make 5-minute chocolate mug cake

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar and cocoa in a coffee mug.

Step 2

Add the egg, milk and oil and mix.
Step 3

Optional: add 3 tablespoons chocolate chips and some nuts, if desired.
Step 4

Last, mix in a splash of vanilla.
Step 5

Bake in the microwave for 3 minutes at high.
Step 6

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT! And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!!
