Found this recipe in a newspaper and it is good for when you want a little snack just for yourself(or your husband).No mixing bowls, or a big mess to clean up. Just a coffee mug.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    chocolate chips
  • small
    splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1
    coffee mug(microwave safe)sprayed with pam

How to Make 5 Minute Chocolate Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Add dry stuff to mug sprayed with pam-mix.Add egg and mix. Pour in milk and oil and mix.Add Chocolate chips and Vanilla and mix. microwave 3 minutes at 1000 watts. (Ok if it rises over the top. Let cool. tip out onto plate or eat it straight from the mug. Dig in! Serves 1
