I don't remember where I found this, but it's great to have on hand when the grandkids come to visit or when I am really craving something sweet. Since you make it one serving at a time, I don't feel obligated to bake an entire cake (and then eat it lol).

1 - angel food cake mix
1 - cake mix, any other, your choice (we like chocolate)

How To Make 3-2-1 microwave cake

Step 1

Mix together angel food cake mix and any other flavor cake mix (dry). Store in air-tight container. It will keep for months!

Step 2

When ready for something sweet, mix 3 Tablespoons cake mix (shake container to mix first) and 2 Tablespoons water in a microwave safe coffee mug or small bowl.
Step 3

Microwave on high 1 minute. Enjoy!
Step 4

You can mix in mini chocolate chips nuts etc. as desired. We usually top it with ice cream.
