My family loves apple cake so this is something I made for them and they request it all the time. It is sooooo easy to throw together and good to have for a quick snack for on the go families. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar (you can use brown sugar if you prefer)
2 tablespoons cinnamon
4 - eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup walnuts or pecans
1 can applesauce (15oz.)

How To Make 2-2-2-4-1-1-1 cake

Step 1

pre heat oven 350 degrees

Step 2

I just put everything into the mixer bowl, except the nuts, and mix for 3 or 4 minutes.
Step 3

Fold in the nuts and pour into greased bundt pan. I spray my pan with pam. Place in hot oven for 1 hour.
