14 carrot cake
Another recipe I found in Grandma W's recipe box I inherited. This cake is incredibly good with all carrots (the way I prefer), or as the recipe is written with pineapple and raisins. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon (heaping)
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 cups grated carrots (i used 5 cups fresh grated)
- 1 cup raisins, optional (i omit)
- 1 can pineapple, optional (i omit)
- - cream cheese frosting
How To Make 14 carrot cake

Step 1Bale at 350 degrees 35-45 min in 9x13.

Step 2I omitted pineapple and raisins and added additional carrots. Grated carrots on the cheese grater size, not zesting size like I do for dog treats for BBB.

Step 3Frost when cake is cooled.
