100 year old apple recipe
I got this from my grandmother. It was my great grandma's recipe. It's so easy to make and is great for any occasion. Taste good too. .

Ingredients
- 4 cups apples
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 2 eggs beaten
How To Make 100 year old apple recipe

Step 1Mix eggs, butter and oil in mixing bowl. Add sugar,vanilla and apples combine. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in another mixing bowl. I use a sifter mixes it well.

Step 3Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir with spatula or spoon and combine till well mixed.

Step 4Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Can use Bundt pan or muffin pan.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. May take longer in Bundt pan and shorter in muffin pan. Check for doneness after 20 minutes.

Step 6Brown sugar glaze: 1cup brown sugar,1/2 cup melted butter 1teaspoon vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour over cake. Can poke holes in cake first then glaze. Add a little milk if too thick.
