I got this recipe from a friend. It makes single servings, so you don't have to make a whole cake when you are hungry for just a little. You can add chocolate chips, nuts, dryed cranberries, ect., if you like.

Ingredients

1 box angel food cake mix (any flavor)
1 box cake mix (any flavor)
- cold water

How To Make 1...2...3...cake mix

Step 1

Take a box of angel food cake mix and a box of cake mix. Put both mixes in a zip lock baggie. Zip and mix together.

Step 2

Use microwave safe glass bowl. Put 3 Tablespoons of cake mixture in the bowl. Add 2 Tablespoons cold water. Mix and microwave on high for 1 minute. There is your one serving
Step 3

Use remaining mixture as needed. Get air out of zip lock bag and keep in dry cupboard.
