How To Make 1-2-3 cake

• Step 1
  First, make your mix! In a large bowl mix the angel food cake mix powder and the any flavor cake mix. I mix it with a wire whisk. Be careful or you will have a cloud of powder in the air. When well mixed, place all of the powder in a gallon size resealable bag. Mark the following directions on the bag with a Sharpie marker. 3 Tablespoons mix, 2 Tablespoons of water, 1 minute in the microwave.
• Step 2
  To make an individual cake, take a small microwavable bowl and add 3 Tablespoons of the powder and mix in 2 Tablespoons of water with a small whisk. Place bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave with a hot pad and let cool. When slightly cooled, add ice cream or whatever topping you want. I eat them plain. No need to use any nonstick cooking spray as they come right out and don't leave much of a mess.
