I don't remember where I found this recipe...but it is a super easy cake recipe for a person who lives alone and doesn't want to make a whole cake that won't get eaten. This cake takes about 2 minutes to mix and only 1 minute to bake in the microwave. What could be easier than that!

Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 box cake mix, any flavor
How To Make 1-2-3 cake

Step 1Mix both cake mixes together in a plastic bag. Save in the bag or put into an airtight container to store. This container will make a lot of single servings. I tape the directions to the side of container for easy reference.

Step 2To make an individual serving take out 3 Tablespoons of cake mixture, add 2 Tablespoons of water, mix well pour into a ramakin and microwave 1 minute.

Step 3You can top with frosting,pie filling, preserves or whatever. But should be eaten right away as it will get hard if left sitting too long.
