Delicious and Easy Spiced Granola

INGREDIENTS
THE DRY INGREDIENTS:
3.5 c old-fashioned oats or muesli
1/3 c chopped pecan
1/3 c chopped almonds (I used the sliced kind from @traderjoes)
1/3 c chopped walnuts
1/3 c raw pumpkin seeds (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs chia seeds (optional)
2 tbs hemp hearts (optional)
1/4 c organic raisins (omit this if you use muesli since muesli contains raisins)
1/2 c to 1 c shredded coconut (optional but we LOVE it!)
THE WET INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c melted coconut oil
1 tbs honey
1 tbs molasses (**if you don't have molasses, just double the honey)
1 tbs maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
