  • 8 medium-sized dill pickles
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Oil, for frying
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 packet Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy three cheese cooking sauce
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo, chopped
