Deep Fried Pickle Poppers

"Just like at the state fair, but better because you make them at home!..."

INGREDIENTS
8 medium-sized dill pickles
8 ounces Havarti cheese, shredded
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Oil, for frying
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 1/3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups panko bread crumbs
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 packet Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy three cheese cooking sauce
1 chipotle chile in adobo, chopped
