3/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles

1 block Borden Colby Jack Chunk, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 egg, beaten
•
1/2 cup panko style bread crumbs
•
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste
