4 tablespoons Butter

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Turbinado or Raw Cane Sugar

FOR THE CUSTARD:

1/4 cup Turbinado or Raw Cane Sugar

3 Eggs
•
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cardamom

1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
