2/3 cup onion, chopped

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

3 1/2 cups chicken broth
•
1 1/3 cup milk

2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts (If you aren’t doing it deep dish, you will need 4 crusts to make 2 separate, regular sized pies.)
