8oz Italian sausage, casing removed

•
1C red bell pepper, chopped
•

•
1/4 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
•
2C whole milk mozzarella, shredded
•
3/4C crushed tomatoes, divided
•
1 Tbsp dried basil
•
2 tsp dried oregano
•
4oz sliced ham
•
Parmesan for sprinkling
