INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked and cooled quinoa (see note above)
1/3 cup milk
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cups semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
