about 6 Tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 Tablespoons light corn syrup

3 ounces heavy cream
•
6 ounces chopped dark chocolate
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mini chocolate chips for sprinkling (I used about 2 Tablespoons)
