2/3 cup stout beer
2 tablespoons active-dry yeast
2 1/2 cups (9.1 ounces) rye flour
1 cup (4.25 ounces) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (2.25 ounces) whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup ( 1/2 stick) butter, melted
