1/2 cup Cream cheese (35% or more)
2 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg yolk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Lemon zest
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Whipping cream
¼ cup Sugar
4 Egg yolks (large)
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 tsp Vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup Butter (unsalted, room temperature)
1/2 cup Almond meal ((ground almonds))
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 Egg yolk (large)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Apricot jam
1/4 cup Water
1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 cup Jam (I used homemade blackberry)
