Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup boiling water
How To Make quick & easy frosting

Step 1Mix together sugar, egg white, cream of tarter and salt. Add boiling water.

Step 2Beat with electric mixer or by hand until stiff peaks are formed. If desired, add flavoring and beat 2 minutes.
