1 cup butter or margarine (or use half and half like I did)

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

3/4 cup cocoa

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 tsp baking soda
•
1 1/4 cup flour
•
3 cups oats (I used quick cooking)
•
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
