Ingredients For curried peach and raisin sauce

1 onion, medium, chopped

2 tsp. curry, or to taste

2 Tbs. butter or margarine

1/4 C. raisins

3/4 C. chicken or beef bouillon

2 tsp. cornstarch blended with 2 Tbs. water

3 peaches, medium, firm, sliced
How To Make curried peach and raisin sauce

1In a skillet cook onion and curry in butter until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Add raisins and bouillon. Stir in blended cornstarch; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Add peaches and heat through.
