Noodles - 100 gms / 1 packet (I used egg Noodles)

Cooked and sliced chicken - 1/2 - 3/4 cup (refer notes)

Onion - 1 small-medium, chopped

Minced garlic - 1 tsp
•
Green chilli - 2, chopped
•
Carrot - 1 med-big, cut into long strips
•
Capsicum - 1 small-medium, cut into long strips
•
Mushroom - 4-5, sliced (I used white button mushroom)
•
Spring onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
•
Chicken Masala - 1 tsp (refer notes)
•
Thick or Medium thick Coconut milk - 2-3 tbsp (optional)
•
Roasted peanuts / cashew - 1 tbsp
•
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (optional)
•
Salt
•
Oil - I used sunflower oil
