Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Name: Cucumber & Tomato Salad
Ingredients: 3 tomatoes on the vine quartered; 1 cucumber quartered(I prefer peeled); 1\2 tsp basil; 1\2 tsp oregano; 3 Tbsp grated each mozzarella and parmesian; 3 Tbsp olive oil; Salt and pepper to taste!!
