Ingredients: 1 cucumber, peeled and diced; 3/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt; 1/3 cup mayonnaise; 1/4 cup buttermilk; 1/2 small shallot (or 2 cloves garlic), peeled and chopped; 1 lemon, zested and juiced; 1/2 teaspoon honey; 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper; 2 green onions, very finely sliced; 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley; 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill; Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
