½ - medium, yellow onion /rough chopped

½ - sweet red bell pepper/ stem & seeds removed & rough chopped

4- cloves garlic/ peeled
•
2 TBS- orange juice
•

•
¼ cup- evaporated milk
•
2 TBS- cumin
•
2 TBS-light brown sugar/ lightly packed

•

•
