Ingredients: 1 bag (2 pounds) sifted confectioners’ sugar; 1 stick unsalted butter, softened and cut into ½ inch cubes; 1 1/2 cups solid vegetable shortening; 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract; ⅛ to ½ cup whole milk (to desired consistency)
