25 grams (2 tbsp) sugar
1.5 tsp (11 grams) salt
50 grams (3 1/2 tbsp) unsalted room temp butter
165 grams (11 1/2 tbsp) unsalted room temp butter
1 cup sprinkles
8 ounces mascarpone, at room temp
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
